In March 2024, he became CEO of Prudential Insurance Brokers, continuing his legacy of leadership, innovation, and professional development.
In acknowledgment of his exceptional contributions, Mr. Sidhwa received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Insurance Association of Pakistan (IAP) in September 2024. An active member of Karachi Gymkhana, his career exemplifies dedication and excellence in the insurance industry.

Mr. Darius Hormusji Sidhwa, a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII, UK), is a highly accomplished insurance professional with over 40 years of experience. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles, including Executive Director at International General Insurance (IGI) and EFU General Insurance Ltd.
At EFU, he developed over 40 technical manuals, established a Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)-recognized training institute, and spearheaded in-house training programs, elevating industry standards in Pakistan. Currently serving as CEO of Prudential Insurance Brokers, Mr. Sidhwa continues to demonstrate exceptional leadership and innovation in the insurance industry.
